## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Anforderungs- und Prozessanalysen zusammen mit dem Kunden
 * Gemeinsame Konzeption allgemeiner Systemerweiterungen zusammen mit Software-Entwicklern
 * Abstimmung und Durchführung von Customizings (Scripting, Workflows, Reports, Exporte, Frontend-Anpassungen)
 * Vorbereitung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Kundenprojekten als Unterstützung des Projektleiters
 * Begleitung von Workshops beim Kunden vor Ort, sowie Vorbereitung von Schulungen (vor Ort und remote)
