## Description

* Infrastruktur-Betrieb: Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs der Infrastruktur (Server, Storage, Virtualisierung) sowie kontinuierliche Systemaktualisierung und Patch-Management.
 * Second-Level-Support: Übernahme des Second-Level-Supports für komplexe Störungen inklusive strukturierter Ursachenanalyse und nachhaltiger Problemlösung im Fachbereich.
 * Automatisierung & Dokumentation: Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben (z. B. mittels PowerShell) sowie nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Konfigurationen, Standards und Prozessen.
 * Security & Compliance: Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben, inklusive System-Anfälligkeits-Management und Verwaltung von Berechtigungskonzepten.
 * Projektbegleitung & Architektur: Aktive Mitwirkung an Infrastruktur-Projekten (z. B. Exchange/M365-Migrationen, Storage-Updates) sowie Unterstützung bei strategischen Architekturentscheidungen.
 * Zertifikatsmanagement (PKI): Umfassende Verwaltung von Zertifikaten und Zertifizierungsstellen - von der Ausstellung und Systemintegration bis hin zur proaktiven Überwachung der Laufzeiten.
