## Description

Fachinformatiker Systemintegration arbeiten sehr nah an dem Betrieb von Systemen. Sie planen, konfigurieren und verwalten die großen leistungsfähigen Datenbanken und Server, die im Hintergrund die Daten und Anwendungen im täglichen Betrieb bereitstellen. Ein weiteres Einsatzfeld ist die Einrichtung von PCs für Anwender oder auch die Problembehebung bei Mitarbeitern vor Ort, ebenso wie der sichere und hochverfügbare Betrieb des Firmennetzwerks.
Die Ausbildung erfolgt nach der Verordnungüber die Berufsausbildung für Fachinformatiker entsprechend des Ausbildungsrahmenplans im Ausbildungsbetrieb und dem Rahmenlehrplan in der Berufsschule.
Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt drei Jahre.
Ausbildungsinhalte:

 + Prozesse der Leistungserstellung sowie Kundenumfeld verstehen
 + Kostencontrolling
 + Grundlagen der Projektarbeit
 + Grundlagen der IT Architektur
 + Installation und Konfiguration von Hardwarekomponenten, Netzwerken, Serversystemen, Betriebssystemen
 + Administration SAP Basis und Datenbanken (Oracle, MS SQL, SAP HANA)
 + 1st Level Support mit Störungsbeseitigung und Anwenderunterstützung
 + Planung, Konfiguration und Einführung von Software
