## About the Role

The successful Field Engineer will have solid previous experience in IT Support within a Microsoft environment and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be comfortable travelling between sites and have previous experience working in a Field Engineer or mobile IT support role., * Previous experience working as a Field Engineer or in a mobile IT support role

 * Strong IT support experience within a Windows / Microsoft environment, including:
 + SharePoint
 + Windows 10/11
 + Office 365
 + Active Directory
 + Azure
 * Experience with IT hardware deployments, rollouts, installations, and device refresh projects
 * Comfortable travelling to multiple customer sites on a daily basis
 * Providing face-to-face IT support to end users
 * Diagnosing and resolving desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
 * Triaging support tickets and escalating to relevant teams where necessary
 * Experience using an ITSM/ticketing system
 * Supporting AV equipment, meeting room setups, and conferencing technology
 * Supporting break-fix issues across end-user devices
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills
 * Full UK driving licence (preferred) or willingness to travel extensively between customer sites

## Description

This role will involve travelling to multiple customer sites to provide onsite IT support, carrying out hardware deployments, installations, break-fix activities, and resolving 1st line technical issues. You will also manage and escalate support tickets where required and work closely with external clients, so excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential.
