You'll travel to every Formula One race, working as part of a high-performing Trackside IT team where reliability, precision and teamwork are essential., * Proven experience supporting communications systems within motorsport or another fast-paced, mission-critical technical environment. * Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, Microsoft technologies and server/client hardware. * Experience with enterprise networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto or HP), with relevant certifications desirable. * Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly under pressure. * Knowledge of motorsport communications systems, intercom platforms or motorsport-specific technologies would be highly advantageous. * Understanding of cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Linux/Kubernetes environments, would be beneficial. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams. * Highly organised, adaptable and resilient, with the ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ## Description We are looking for a Trackside Communications Engineer to take ownership of the communications systems that keep our race team connected during every Formula One event.
