* Vous préparez une formation de niveau Bac +4 / Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines fortement orienté SIRH, data, contrôle de gestion sociale, management des organisations ou école de commerce / université avec une forte appétence pour les outils et les systèmes d'information.
 * Vous recherchez une alternance vous permettant de développer une double compétence, à la fois RH et outil / process / data.
 * Vous connaissez idéalement Power Query
 * Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais

## Description

* Analyse et optimisation des processus RH pour réduire les tâches manuelles et améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle
 * Participation aux projets SIRH : fiabilisation des données, amélioration des outils et harmonisation des pratiques
 * Développement de reportings et d'analyses RH via l'extraction, la consolidation et l'automatisation des données
 * Utilisation avancée d'Excel pour automatiser et sécuriser les traitements RH
 * Collaboration avec les équipes RH, IT et métiers pour recueillir les besoins, tester les solutions et accompagner les utilisateurs
 * Environnement international et multi-sites offrant une forte exposition aux enjeux de transformation RH et data
