## Description

Le Technicien Assistances Utilisateurs (f/h) est rattaché au Service Informatique composé de 39 personnes. Son environnement technique est composé de :

 * 100 applications métiers ;
 * 3000 postes de travail, 600 imprimantes, 4000 utilisateurs ;
 * 70 serveurs physiques, 600 serveurs virtuels, 2 Data-Center, 60 locaux techniques, 5 sites géographiques ;
 * Forte extension en cours du Système d'Information., * Assister, conseiller et prendre en charge les demandes des utilisateurs ;
 * Traiter les demandes à distance à l'aide de procédures et d'outils de diagnostics ;
 * Périmètre d'intervention : postes de travail, périphériques, outils bureautiques et applications métiers ;
 * Respecter les engagements et niveaux de services.
