## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Infios (Körber WMS / HighJump WMS).
 * Strong functional understanding of warehouse management processes.
 * Experience in WMS configuration and solution design.
 * Experience participating in at least one end-to-end WMS implementation.
 * Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
 * Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience integrating Körber WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, or automation systems.
 * Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
 * Experience with RF devices, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation.
 * Retail, eCommerce, or distribution industry experience.
 * Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

## Description

* Implement, configure, and support Infios (Körber WMS) solutions for enterprise warehouse operations.
 * Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable WMS solutions.
 * Configure warehouse processes including:
 * Inbound & Receiving
 * Putaway
 * Inventory Management
 * Replenishment
 * Picking
 * Packing
 * Shipping
 * Cycle Counting
 * Participate in solution design workshops and recommend best practices.
 * Work closely with business users, solution architects, developers, and integration teams.
 * Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and hypercare activities.
 * Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
 * Create functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
 * Provide production support and continuous process improvements.
