Prior experience with core java middleware processes and IBM ODM rule development is also important. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and self-starter who excels with minimal supervision and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Desired qualifications include knowledge of Autosys, WebSphere application server, Tomcat, agile-driven development, AG Grid, and DevOps tools like Github and BitBucket. The candidate should be able to work independently, share technical expertise with team members, interact efficiently with internal contacts and teams to drive solutions, proactively communicate concerns, and have experience with continuous development in CI/CD.
