Experteer Overview As a Senior Backend Developer on the Engine team, you build and evolve the Recipe runtime that powers Workato's automation platform., 7+ years of experience building scalable distributed backend applications

 - Strong understanding of distributed systems patterns and algorithms
 - Deep knowledge of web app components (databases, load balancers, app servers, message brokers, caching, monitoring)
 - Excellent understanding of network protocols and stacks
 - Solid DB technologies knowledge (classic and NoSQL)
 - Multilingual programming experience (Ruby and Go required; Rust optional) with at least two languages
 - Basic understanding of cloud deployments (k8s, Terraform, ArgoCD)
 - Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
 - Excellent debugging, analytical, problem solving, and social skills
