5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or IT Operations in BI/DWH or data platforms.
Experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.
Experience managing enterprise BI/DWH environments, including required IT Operation processes.
Strong technical knowledge of SQL, Azure Databricks, BI/Reporting Tools, ETL processes and integrations.
Knowledge of IT Service Management processes based on ITIL.
Knowledge of data platforms and lakehouse concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage business stakeholders' delivery expectations.
High level of written and spoken Spanish and English.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Ability to fast?learn new technologies and process.

## Description
