## About the Role

+ Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
 + Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems
 + Experience in troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues
 + Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
 + Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
 + Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on user satisfaction
 + Fluency in English (written and spoken)
 + Availability to travel occasionally to other company locations or for training
We are also interested in

 + Previous work in a fast-paced, international tech environment
 + Experience with IT asset management and inventory tools
 + Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms
 + Enthusiasm for learning and improving processes in IT support

## Description

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our IT Team.
Your role in BizAway

 + Providing first-level support to all BizAway employees, both in-person and via remote access, for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 + Configuring, deploying, retrieving, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops and mobile devices.
 + Supporting and maintaining peripherals like monitors, keyboards, printers, and office A/V equipment.
 + Managing user accounts using our cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
 + Contributing to internal IT documentation, guides, and FAQs.
 + Assisting with IT inventory tasks.
