## About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team.What you'll doBuild and automate scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake) .
Ingest and transform data from SAP S/4HANA and other operational sources to create reliable, well?structured datasets for analytics and reporting.Implement monitoring, testing, and reliability practices to ensure high?quality and trustworthy data pipelines.Required Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Python and SQL .
Experience designing robust relational and dimensional data models with clear metadata, data lineage, and data quality controls.Hands?on experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) and Azure Data Factory .
Experience developing high?performance data processing solutions using Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and SQL Warehouses .
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Git, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts for consistent and repeatable deployments.Preferred QualificationsHands?on experience integrating SAP S/4HANA data sources, including CDS Views and OData APIs.Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, and production.Familiarity with SAP IBP data structures and planning processes.Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI.Knowledge of enterprise data security and compliance requirements, including GDPR, secure data sharing, and auditing.Soft SkillsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross?functional teams in an international environment.Professional proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish.Product?oriented mindset focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and delivering measurable business value.Collaborative, proactive, and solution?oriented approach, with experience working in Agile
