## Description

* Zentrale Anlaufstelle für eingehende IT-bezogene Anliegen über verschiedene Kommunikationswege
 * Systematische Erfassung, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Supportfällen mithilfe eines Service-Management-Systems
 * Ersthilfe bei alltäglichen technischen Störungen sowie selbstständige Behebung einfacher Problemszenarien im Anwenderumfeld
 * Ausführung standardisierter administrativer Tätigkeiten im Serverumfeld gemäß Vorgaben, inklusive Kontroll- und Prüfarbeiten
 * Koordination der Weitergabe anspruchsvollerer Vorfälle an spezialisierte Support-Einheiten
 * Aktive Mitwirkung am Aufbau und der Aktualisierung interner Dokumentationen und Lösungsübersichten
 * Technische Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen, insbesondere im Bereich Benutzer- und Systemzugänge
