## Description

* Sie erbringen Software Support per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem rund um unsere eigenentwickelten und erfolgreichen Softwareprodukte
 * In Zusammenarbeit mit der Softwareentwicklung sowie dem Produktmanagement analysieren und lösen Sie technische Probleme
 * Sie agieren als technischer Berater und sind für die Erstellung und Durchführung von Problemlösungsszenarien im Team mit verantwortlich
 * Testen von neuen und bestehenden Features / Komponenten in Dynamics CRM
 * Sie helfen dabei, die Supportprozesse zu optimieren und unterstützen das Team bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
 * Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklungsabteilung, Projektleitung, Vertriebspartnern und unseren Kunden
