* Own end-to-end ITIS solution architecture including scope, services, transition, and operations.
 * Act as design authority ensuring alignment across teams and subject matter experts.
 * Maintain solution integrity and governance across RFP/RFI lifecycle.
 * Define Target Operating Model (TOM), service catalog, and delivery framework.
 * Design ITIL-based service processes including incident, change, problem, and service request.
 * Lead multi-tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center, and security domains.
 * Drive transformation roadmap including automation, consolidation, and cost optimization.
 * Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions and support presales activities.
