## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in IT Operations or Systems Administration.
 * Fluent English and Spanish (Italian is a plus).
 * Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and SaaS administration.
 * Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
 * Knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, routers) and endpoint management.
 * Strong troubleshooting, organization and communication skills.
 * Willingness to travel occasionally to stores across Europe.

## Description

* Manage the company's IT infrastructure, users and business systems.
 * Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Dynamics and other SaaS platforms.
 * Support stores and offices with hardware, POS, networking and day-to-day IT operations.
 * Coordinate the IT setup for new store openings across Europe.
 * Manage IT assets, software licenses, cybersecurity and access permissions.
 * Coordinate external IT vendors and maintain IT documentation and standards.
