## About the Role

De formation Bac + 3 en Informatique systèmes et administration vous possédez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.

Vous maitrisez l'anglais (B2) et avez des connaissances de l'environnement Microsoft (W11, Office, Intune), Apple iOS, ITSM Service Now, Veeam.

Doté(e) d'un bon sens du service, vous allez facilement à la rencontre des personnes, faites preuve d'une grande capacité d'adaptation et possédez d'excellentes qualités en communication en français et en anglais

## Description

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Informatique du site, vous prendrez en charge :

 * L'administration du site : administration des accès et autorisations, administration serveurs, gestion des sauvegardes, support réseau.
 * La gestion des ressources : évolution et maintenance du parc (PC, écrans, imprimantes, téléphone, matériel de vidéo conférence, etc…).
 * L'assistance aux utilisateurs : support aux utilisateurs, gestion des incidents, installation et test hardware/software, mise à niveau des postes de travail, formation.
 * Les relations fournisseurs : cahier des charges, négociations techniques, suivi des interventions.
 * Le suivi administratif : des commandes, de la documentation et des procédures.
 * La gestion de projet : implémentation en local de projets IT stratégiques du Groupe.
 * La collaboration : interagir avec les experts du Groupe dans leur domaine de spécificité (Réseau, Datacenter, Sécurité …)
