## Description

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to start a career in property and gain hands-on experience in a varied administrative role. You'll work as part of a small, supportive team and play an important part in the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as landlords, tenants, local authorities, and other external partners.

What you'll do

 * Provide administrative support across Fuller's managed, tenanted, and commercial property portfolio

 * Coordinate licence applications and renewals, keeping records accurate and up to date

 * Maintain property records, reports, and internal trackers

 * Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to help resolve day-to-day property matters

 * Source rented accommodation for employees where required

 * Raise purchase orders and work with the Finance team to process payments

 * Support property acquisitions and disposals by coordinating activity across the business

 * Act as a key contact for utility providers

 * Assist with reviewing leases and other property documents

 * Build strong working relationships with pub managers, Support Office teams, and external partners
