## About the Role

* You have completed an IT-related education and already have several years of professional experience as a System Administrator.
 * You have very good knowledge of Microsoft system environments and also have experience with enterprise virtualization solutions and operating complex IT infrastructures.
 * You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, take a high degree of initiative, and stand out through your strong teamwork and communication skills.
 * Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.

## Description

Do you keep a clear overview even in complex IT environments and ensure that systems remain stable, secure, and available? Do you want to bring your experience in the Microsoft environment to the table and continuously develop our IT infrastructure together with your team? Then you've come to the right place.

We are looking for additional support for our Internal Production Systems team!

Your mission:

 * You ensure the availability and smooth operation of our IT services and are responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuously optimizing our systems.
 * You manage our client and backend infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and enterprise virtualization solutions.
 * You analyze and resolve issues within our system landscape and ensure sustainable solutions.
 * You actively contribute to the planning and implementation of IT projects in the Microsoft environment and bring your ideas to the further development of our infrastructure.
 * You support the automation and standardization of IT processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.
