* Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required in systems analysis, technical support, or related IT role
 * Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
 * Additional relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., Oracle Cloud PLM, ServiceNow, specific platform certifications)
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
 * Experience with enterprise software applications and databases
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant technical tools
 * Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 * Ability to manage and coordinate with third party vendors
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
 * Experience with documentation and process improvement
 * Strong customer service orientation
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
 * Knowledge of IT security principles and compliance requirements
 * Participation in on-call rotation as needed
 * Ability to work in a regulated environment following standard operating procedures
 * English proficiency required
