## About the Role

* Full UK Driving Licence and access to personal transport (a company vehicle is provided for official travel).
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills (GCSE-level English and Maths or equivalent).
 * Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.
 * A demonstrable interest in technology, commercial software, and business apps.
 * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
 * Willingness to travel regularly and maintain flexibility for occasional out-of-hours working.

Desirable:

 * Previous experience in a technical support, IT, or networking role.
 * Commercial awareness within the retail or hospitality sectors.

## Description

* Installation & Deployment: Deliver and install hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
 * Technical Support: Resolve customer issues via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits.
 * On-Site Calibration: Perform commercial weighing scale calibrations (primarily in the South West).
 * Training: Deliver software and system training to customers remotely and on-site.
 * On-Call Support: Participate in an out-of-hours technical support rota.
 * Sales Support: Handle initial customer enquiries, route leads to the Sales Manager, and conduct software demonstrations.
