## Description

* End User Support: Resolve incidents, fulfil service requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance to employees. This will be across the range of productivity systems that you will support.
 * Technology Delivery: Lead on the delivery of new technologies, upgrades, migrations, digital modernisation and Azure native solutions.
 * Domain Expertise: Act as the technical authority for the Azure platform and associated technologies, providing expert advice, reviewing solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and best practice
 * Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal technology standards including supporting internal and external audits including ISO27001,ISO9001, NIST, CIS and CE+).
 * Technical configuration lead - hands-on technical configuration of our 80HG platform/Azure entra SharePoint in tune and purview.
