## About the Role

* Strong Records Management and Information Governance experience
 * Experience managing both physical and digital records
 * Previous people management experience
 * Strong Excel and reporting skills

## Description

We're looking for an experienced Records & Systems Manager to lead a small team and take ownership of records management, information governance, reporting, and systems management.

This is a unique hybrid position, ideal for someone who has experience managing both physical and digital records and is comfortable working with data, reporting, KPIs, and records management systems.

You'll manage a team of 3 people and act as the key point of contact for records governance, operational reporting, client requests, and improvement projects., * Manage physical and electronic records throughout their lifecycle

 * Ensure compliance with records management and information governance policies
 * Oversee records destruction processes
 * Manage records systems and file tracking tools
 * Produce KPI reports and management information
 * Analyse data and identify trends or areas for improvement
 * Lead projects and process improvement initiatives
 * Manage and support a team of 3 direct reports
 * Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
 * Respond to operational and client queries, * Records Management
 * Information Governance
 * Systems & Data Management
 * Reporting & Analysis
 * Team Leadership
 * Project Management
