As a Deployment Engineer, you will play a critical customer-facing role, responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, and operational support of complex software solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will ensure solutions are delivered securely, reliably, and production-ready. This role emphasises hands-on execution, automation, and operational excellence, and closely aligns with Deployment Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Customer-Facing DevOps Engineer roles found at leading technology companies. This position is based in Germany and primarily supports the DACH region, with some travel to other EMEA countries as needed. Professional fluency in both English and German is required to effectively support customers and partners across the region.
