* Associate degree or higher in a related area (network management, help desk support).
 * Knowledgeable in MS Windows OS, MS productivity software, CPU/Networking hardware, TCP/IP network protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, iOS, and Android.
 * Critical thinker and problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
 * Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
 * Self-starter, energetic, and meticulous attention to detail.

## Description

* Serve as Service Desk support for all service requests/tickets.
 * Provide end-user technical support, including troubleshooting and administration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and telephony.
 * Coordinate preparation and installation of new computing equipment and upgrade/repair existing equipment.
 * Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and logical troubleshooting.
 * Document steps taken to resolve issues and fulfill requests in incident diary entries, knowledge base, and wiki articles.
 * Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
 * Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software, phones, cell phones, and printers.
 * Collaborate with employees, consultants, and vendors to maintain standards and functionality.
 * Assist with IT projects/tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.
