## About the Role

* Must be a US Citizen with a Top Secret clearance.
 * Minimum of three (3) years of technical experience performing and implementing security requirements and system design for computer systems
 * Basic technical aptitude across audit log management, network troubleshooting, DNS, policy management, antivirus management, remote assistance, server and network monitoring, removable media security, and virtualized test environments
 * Competence in Active Directory Enterprise
 * Competence in Visual Basic (VB) scripting
 * Competence in structured analysis and architectural design concepts and methodologies

## Description

VTG is seeking a Network Engineer to support security requirements implementation and system design for computer systems in Fredericksburg, VA.

What will you do?

 * Perform and implement security requirements and system design for computer systems
 * Support audit log management processes
 * Conduct network troubleshooting using Wireshark or comparable packet analyzer tools
 * Manage integrated Domain Name System (DNS) operations
 * Administer centrally controlled policy management
 * Oversee antivirus management and remote assistance functions
 * Monitor server health, server performance, and network devices
 * Enforce centrally controlled removable media security policy
 * Support virtualized test environments
