Skills Required: - Proficient in deployment using Copado, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce CLI (SFDX). - Proficient with Azure DevOps - pipeline creation (YAML/classic), variable groups, service connections, and artifact management. Exposure to API management, integration monitoring, and secrets management (Key Vault, Vault, etc.). Familiarity with security and compliance automation in CI/CD - Deployment management experience of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, CloudHub, and Runtime Manager; CI/CD integration will be A+ - Source Control - Git, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos; strong understanding of branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based). - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep. - Scripting & Automation - PowerShell, Bash, YAML, Groovy, or Python. - Knowledge of containerization Docker, AKS, or Kubernetes-based deployment experience will be good to have - Monitoring/Logging - Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Splunk, or ELK - Experience with integrating ServiceNow, Copado or Jira for release governance and change tracking. This role drives scalability, performance, and reliability across cloud and on-prem environments while promoting best practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD). In addition to technical expertise, the position requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to mentor team members, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives that enhance deployment speed, system stability, and operational excellence.
