As a Senior Custom Systems Analyst, you will serve as the critical link between ideation and execution, partnering with subject matter experts, program managers, solution architects, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable, custom applications that solve real-world ministry challenges. You will analyze complex needs, define functional solutions, and help guide projects from initial concept through development, ensuring technology aligns with both organizational goals and ministry priorities.
