We manage the full internet program lifecycle, from ISP contracting through resident enrollment, property management system (PMS) integration, and post-launch handoff, enabling properties to deliver premium connectivity amenities while we handle the operational complexity. The Role In this role, you will serve as the technical authority and project lead for bulk internet deployments, including new property construction, managed Wi-Fi network builds, low-voltage rewires, and major ISP infrastructure upgrades. Partnering with non-technical Implementation Managers, you will work with property owners, ISP engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You will manage hardware schedules, audit network readiness, enforce vendor accountability, and ensure smooth technical launches.
