This role works closely with the Sr. Applications Systems Analyst and business stakeholders to coordinate implementation projects, document business processes, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), facilitate communication between departments and software vendors, and help ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's digital transformation initiatives and enterprise business systems by improving operational efficiency, maintaining project documentation, and promoting standardized business processes., This list of essential duties is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
