## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join a growing IT team supporting enterprise infrastructure and end-user technology in Mt. Juliet, TN. This is a long-term contract opportunity with strong potential for conversion to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with day-to-day IT operations in a corporate environment., * Provide desktop support and technical assistance for end users experiencing hardware, software, and connectivity issues

 * Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system, application, and workstation-related problems
 * Assist with infrastructure support activities and routine IT projects
 * Monitor systems and perform basic troubleshooting of network and infrastructure components
 * Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when appropriate
 * Support hardware deployments, workstation setup, imaging, and device configuration
 * Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, procedures, and technical solutions
 * Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient delivery of technology services
 * Follow established IT standards, best practices, and operational procedures
 * Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay current with emerging technologies
