An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. ## Description The Mission System Software team supports US Air Force and international KC-46 Tanker customers and other platforms, providing integrated hardware and software solutions that provide tactical situational awareness to the flight crew and aircraft network systems. The latter enables net-centric applications and beyond line-of-sight communication for the warfighter via secure and non-secure ground networks during KC-46 aerial refueling missions. This position will include a variety of software development assignments, such as new capability development, delivered capability upgrades, defect correction, and proof-of-concept prototyping via Independent Research and Development (IR&D) activities. The successful candidate enjoys working collaboratively with others, has a commitment to customer satisfaction, quality and process improvement, and is successful working in a multi-contract/multi-project environment.
