## About the Role

* Strong proficiency in database network-related fundamentals.
 * 2+ years of experience in the IT field supporting 100+ users.
 * 2+ years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting PC desktop issues is required.
 * CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ are preferred.
 * Strong time management and organizational skills.
 * Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends per business needs (on-call)

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 * Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
 * Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly

## Description

As the Desktop Support Technician, you will:

 * Delivers IS support through the management of the desktop support processes
 * Provides outstanding customer service to end-users on hardware, software, and network problems, questions or issues
 * Troubleshoot problems with operating systems, applications, remote access, email, and telephone and wireless issues
