## About the Role

* Ability to interact successfully with internal and external clients
 * Working knowledge of Heat transfer and Thermodynamics Fundamentals
 * 1+ years experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD program
 * Strong writtenoral communication skills in English required. Skills in other languages are considered beneficiary

Knowledge and Experience

 * BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience

 * 1+ years of FEA/CFD experience with focus on thermal analysis
 * Experience with Autodesk CFD preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office

## Description

Under supervision, provides Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to support heat tracing projects, R&D verification, product development, field troubleshooting, technical publications, and sales efforts., * Responsible for providing engineering support to Thermon subsidiaries and clients.

 * Provides design analysis to help Thermon personnel and clients make educated decisions on projects.
 * Provides accurate and detailed reports of FEA/CFD results.
