This individual partners closely with pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and IT teams to analyze business needs, optimize workflows, and implement technology solutions that enhance clinical outcomes and streamline pharmacy operations. Core Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document clinical and business requirements from pharmacy, nursing, physician, and operational stakeholders. * Design, configure, implement, and support technology solutions that improve medication management workflows and patient safety. * Maintain and optimize Epic Willow Inpatient and related pharmacy applications to ensure reliable system performance. * Lead and participate in system upgrades, testing initiatives, validation efforts, and go-live support activities. * Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and serve as a key escalation point for pharmacy-related system concerns. * Support medication build, order sets, formulary management, clinical decision support tools, and pharmacy workflows. * Ensure systems comply with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and patient safety standards. * Develop user documentation, training materials, and educational resources to support end-user adoption. * Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and clinical teams to identify process improvements, enhance system functionality, and reduce medication-related risks.
