## About the Role

* +5 years of experience in digital analytics, digital business analysis, performance analysis, or business insights roles.
 * Strong ability to translate data into insights, recommendations, and executive-level conclusions.
 * Hands-on experience with GA4 and Power BI.
 * Solid knowledge of SQL and Excel for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
 * Fluent English and Spanish.

## Description

You will act as a key analytics partner for digital and business teams, translating digital performance data into actionable insights, business recommendations, and measurable improvement opportunities., * Analyze digital performance across channels, identifying trends, opportunities, risks and actionable insights.

 * Prepare regular performance readouts, connecting digital KPIs with business outcomes such as acquisition, conversion, retention, customer engagement, and commercial impact.
 * Translate data into clear business recommendations, helping stakeholders understand what is happening, why it is happening and what actions should be taken.
 * Detect anomalies or changes in performance early, driving hypothesis-led analysis and root-cause investigations.
 * Support digital experience and CRO initiatives by identifying friction points, conversion opportunities, and areas for improvement.
 * Ensure data reliability through KPI validation, cross-checks, consistency reviews, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
 * Improve dashboards, reporting standards, measurement frameworks, and documentation, ensuring they are useful for decision-making.
 * Work closely with digital, product, marketing, data and business teams to support prioritization, performance improvement, and continuous optimization.
