Education & Experience + 3-6+ years of experience supporting ERP or business systems. + Proven experience with SAP Business One. + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. + Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus. ## Description The Business Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP Business One, ensuring business users receive timely and effective support while maintaining the stability and performance of our ERP environment. This role requires someone with hands-on SAP Business One experience who can investigate issues, understand system configuration, and identify root causes rather than simply resolving tickets. In addition, the role supports connected business systems, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
