## About the Role

Bachelor¿s degree (BSc) in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application management, functional management or a comparable role.
Experience with DMS, QMS, LMS or other regulated business-critical applications.
Experience with vendor management and project-based work.
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage

## Description

"Do you have experience supporting QMS, DMS, and LMS applications in the pharma sector? We want to hear from you!", Own and manage the DMS, QMS and LMS application landscape throughout its lifecycle.
-Ensure application availability, performance, reliability and compliance.
-Coordinate and manage upgrades, releases, patches and system changes.
-Lead the resolution of complex incidents and perform root cause analyses and take preventive measures?.
-Manage relationships with external vendors and monitor service levels and performance.
-Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers.
-Translate business requirements into functional solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Manage user access, permissions and security in accordance with company policies.
-Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures and training materials.
