The role combines people leadership with technical expertise, translating the technical strategy defined by the Head of Technical Europe into consistent day-to-day execution. The Team Lead oversees technical proposal development, solution design, bid support, customer engagement, and product management related technical activities and product marketing activities, while driving operational excellence, team development, and cross-functional collaboration across regional Sales, Service & Delivery team, and Headquarters other functional departments.
