## Description

* Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Umfeld der Facility-Management-Software (CAFM)
 * Betreuung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Softwarelösungen inklusive Customizing und Updates
 * Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Anforderungen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Begleitung und Unterstützung von Anwendern bei der Einführung und Nutzung der Software
 * Steuerung und Überwachung des Projektbudgets im Facility-Management-Bereich
 * Durchführung von Controlling-Aufgaben, insbesondere im Bau- und Facility-Umfeld
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern
