* Führen, Coachen und Weiterentwickeln eines interdisziplinären Teams aus DevOps Engineers, Systemadministratoren und Security-Spezialisten
 * Aufbauen, Betreiben und strategisches Weiterentwickeln moderner Entwicklungsplattformen- und Infrastruktur
 * Einführen neuer Tools, Methoden und Automatisierungslösungen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Developer Experience
 * Verantworten von DevOps-, DevSecOps- und Security-Compliance-Themen sowie Unterstützen von Audits (z.B. ISO 27001)
 * Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit Entwicklungs-, Test- und IT-Teams
