 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit GitHub Copilot
 * mindestens 1 Jahr Medienerfahrung in einer Rundfunkanstalt (Vollversorger) oder 3 Jahre Medienerfahrung im Produktions- und Sendeumfeld

## Description

* Erstellen von Automatisierungen für das Kundenportal der Fachgruppe Server und Basisdienste
 * Aufnehmen von Problemreports der Anwender:innen
 * Bearbeitung von Tickets im ARD-Ticketsystem (OTRS)
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Automations- und Self-Service-Lösungen der Abteilung IT und Basisdienste
 * Mitarbeit in einem SCRUM Team in der Rolle Development
 * Erstellen von Datenbankdesigns für SQL-Server
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischer Dokumentation zu den betreuten Softwareprodukten
