## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit einschlägiger Erfahrung in technischer Projektleitung oder Projektsteuerung im API-, Integrations- oder Plattformumfeld
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in API-Architektur, Schnittstellendesign und Cloud-Technologien
 * Erfahrung mit agilen Vorgehensmodellen sowie Jira und Confluence
 * Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Risiko-, Prioritäten- und Abhängigkeitsmanagement
 * Erfahrung im Bahn-, Mobilitäts- oder regulierten Umfeld
 * Agile oder Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (z.B. PSM, PSPO, SAFe, PRINCE2, ISTQB, ITIL) wünschenswert
 * Kenntnisse in tokenbasierter Authentisierung, API-Sicherheit oder rollenbasierten Zugriffsmodellen
 * Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten auf allen Ebenen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Erstellung von Roadmap, Umsetzungsplan und Backlog gemeinsam mit Projektleitung, Product Ownern, Architektur und Entwicklung
 * Koordination von Anforderungen, Abhängigkeiten und technischer Umsetzung über mehrere Teams
 * Vorbereitung technischer Entscheidungen für Management und Gremien
 * Sicherstellung von Transparenz hinsichtlich Risiken, Prioritäten und Lieferfähigkeit
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Management, Fachbereichen, Architektur und Entwicklung
