* Erste Ansprechperson und direktes Bearbeiten von IT-Kundenanfragen und Störungen

Bereitschaftsdienst
Einrichtung, Betrieb und Verwaltung von IT-Systemen im Windows-Umfeld (Notebooks, Drucker, Netzwerk, Telefone)
Verantwortung für Wartungsarbeiten
Aufnehmen, dokumentieren und qualifizieren von Client-Anfragen im Ticketsystem (Matrix 42)
