Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Product Support Manager to lead the Product Support team, ensuring customers, partners, and internal teams receive accurate, practical, and timely technical support. The Product Support Manager's primarily focus will be on team leadership, workload planning, reporting and on-time delivery, supported by technical guidance, escalation support, and application knowledge regarding the integration of our client's products into existing and new applications.
