## About the Role

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Speech engineer to advance state-of-the-art models for speech processing. You will design experiments, build prototypes in Python, and drive data collection and preprocessing with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ASR/diarization/TTS, deep learning for audio, and full pipeline experience from data to deployment, on a Linux stack with Python, PyTorch and Kaldi.
