internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to support delivery outcomes* Deliver or support customer workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer* Contribute to improving delivery practices and implementation processes## ## What You Bring### ### Experience & Background* Experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, System Integration, or similar roles* Experience contributing to technical delivery projects in IT, software, or media environments* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience### ### Technical Skills* Hands-on experience designing or configuring BPMN workflows is a plus (e.g. Camunda or similar workflow engines)* Familiarity with media or broadcast workflows is helpful* Understanding of APIs, system integrations, or web services* Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL or data-driven systems* Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#)* Exposure to Linux or
