## About the Role

* De formation supérieure Bac +4 ou 5, avec une spécialisation Achats, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans les Achats Indirects, dans un environnement international, avec obligatoirement une expérience significative dans les achats IT software/prestations.
 * Bonne maîtrise des méthodologies achats : analyse de la valeur, TCO, stratégies de sourcing, contractualisation, SRM.
 * À l'aise avec les outils digitaux achats (e-sourcing, e-procurement, ERP) et les données (analyse de spend, dashboards).
 * Vous faites preuve de persévérance et vous êtes doté(e) d'une grande capacité d'adaptation et de négociation
 * Forte orientation résultats et sens du service client interne
 * Aisance en environnement international, capacité à travailler en réseau et en transverse.
 * Anglais courant (oral et écrit)

## Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Achats IT et Telecom au sein de la Direction des Achats Indirects Groupe, vous venez renforcer l'équipe et interviendrez en tant que Purchasing Category Manager IT.

Expert de la catégorie IT Software et Prestations (assistance technique, prestations au forfait, TMA, etc.), vos missions essentielles seront principalement :

 * L'analyse des dépenses, des besoins, du marché sur le périmètre corporate (incluant les filiales)
 * L'identification des leviers d'optimisation : groupement de contrats, négociations, contrats cadres, etc.
 * La définition, documentation, communication et le déploiement de la stratégie d'achats
 * La rédaction, diffusion et le suivi des appels d'offres
 * Définition de panels, négociation et contractualisation avec les fournisseurs
 * Le suivi de l'application des contrats
 * Le pilotage de la relation fournisseurs
 * Le pilotage de projets d'optimisation concernant le Groupe et ses filiales

Vous êtes l'interlocuteur(rice) clé des Directions métiers et informatique, pour le siège et les filiales, que vous accompagnez.
