In this role, you will help employees successfully adopt AI-powered tools, workflows, and ways of working across a designated business area. You will partner with product managers, AI engineers, business leaders, and frontline employees to ensure new AI capabilities are understood, embraced, and effectively incorporated into daily work. Using proven change management practices, you will assess impacts, prepare leaders, create employee communications and training resources, and measure adoption outcomes.
